General Data Protection Regulations

You will doubtless have received a good deal of correspondence about the new Data Protection laws that came into effect on 5 May 2018. This imposes greater accountability on organisations for their data protection policies and procedures. One of the things we are required to do is to tell you about our Privacy Notice which explains such as the kind of information we have, how and why we keep it, so this is shown below:

What information do is collected about you?

I may collect contact information about you such as name, address, telephone number or other contact details following event that you have attended where Attention to Detail exhibits.

How will I use the information about you?

I may use the information held about you to contact you about Attention to Detail matters such as activities, events or similar. I will not disclose any information to any other company or entity, unless required to do so by law.

Marketing

I may wish to send you information about Attention to Detail. You may opt out of marketing consent at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that I hold about you. I want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up-to-date. You may ask me to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

Retention of data

Once stored, your details will be archived on a secure system that is only accessed by Attention to Detail and the archive is managed on an annual basis
